Safety Research Corporation of America is seeking a UH-60M Aircraft Maintenance Instructor to support a potential contract with the U.S. Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization in Taiwan over a three year period. The Aircraft Maintenance Instructor conducts formal instruction (including classroom academics and hands-on demonstration) to train TA maintenance personnel with focus on the skills of a U.S. Army 15T UH-60M Helicopter Repairer. Additionally, advises TA unit maintainers in UH-60M techniques and procedures.
EDUCATION/TRAINING
High School Diploma or GED
Graduate of the U.S. Army Senior Leadership Course (SLC/BNCOC)
EXPERIENCE
Must be previously qualified as a school trained U.S. Army 15T UH-60M Aircraft Repairer.
Must have at least five (5) years’ experience conducting and supervising U.S. Army Aviation UH-60 maintenance programs.
Must have experience as an Assault Helicopter Platoon Sergeant.
Must have experience as a Production Control or Quality Control NCOIC in an Army Aviation Maintenance Unit supporting UH-60M aircraft.
Must have experience as a Technical Inspector on the UH-60M.
Experience as an Instructor at a formal maintenance qualification is highly desired.
Mandarin language proficiency is desired but not required.

The candidates should have extensive experience in curriculum development and delivering instruction to large and small groups.
EDUCATION/TRAINING
Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and four (4) years of relevant training experience in military systems. Note: In lieu of a bachelor's degree, candidate must possess twelve (12) years of relevant training experience.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Law Enforcement or Intelligence Preferably Counternarcotics and gang related experience, also have experience with Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Cases;
Minimum of five years’ experience with curriculum development and or creation of presentations;
Expert with case construction;
International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts and International Association of Crime Analysts memberships required; certifications preferred;
Experience working efficiently in a group setting;

Prior military experience preferred, but not required; and

Must have experience in flight instruction in terrain flight, gunnery training, tactical employment, and multi-ship operations incorporating Current Operating Environment (COE) Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP).
Must have previous experience conducting UH-60 aircraft qualification training (AQC) at USAACE, EAATS, or with a New Equipment Training Team (NETT).
